My book ‘Train Happy’ discusses the concept of intuitive fitness and how we can step away from diet culture and get movement back on our own terms so that we can workout from a place of self care rather than self punishment. I am an anti-diet weight inclusive PT, who focuses on the mental and physical benefits of exercise. I am passionate about helping others to have a peaceful relationship with fitness, food and body. ![]() My true healing came when I discovered Intuitive Eating through and The framework of IE helped me truly understand what Diet Culture was and how it had impacted my view of fitness and nutrition. The personal work I did gave me a new perspective and helped inform my professional work. I naively copied what I saw my favourite fitness accounts online do which at the time was macro counting, body building and getting lean - this led to a disordered relationship with food and exercise that I have spent the last 5 years slowly healing from. ![]() Back then I wanted to get fit and healthy, however my understanding of fitness and health meant dieting, weight loss and achieving a certain aesthetic. It was here, about 7 years ago that I started this account, which was predominantly sharing what I ate to now being much more about fitness. Prior to my fitness career I went to drama school where I trained for 3 years in Musical Theatre. I train 1-1 clients as well as teach Spin classes host retreats with co-host the Fit & Fearless podcast with + and create content here too! Oh and I can now add AUTHOR too as my first book ‘Train Happy’ is out on January 9th □. So great to have some new faces here, so thought it was an opportunity to tell you a bit about me and what this page is about! I live in London with my lovely boyfriend where I have worked as a PT for the last 5 years.They have chosen their favourite subjects to photograph and developed their own style of photography, which they showcase on their carefully curate feeds.Account icon An icon in the shape of a person's head and shoulders. ![]() Macro photography encompasses a wide variety of subject matter and possible styles, and each of the photographers in this list have taken this genre and made it their own. Even if he took multiple photos of the same wall, the patterns and textures would be different in every shot. ![]() The texture that he is able to capture from the peeling paint is captivating, and due to the nature of his subject, each photo is completely unique. Though this may sound like a bizarre subject to capture, Patricks photos are very interesting to look at and pleasing to the eye as they are well-composed and feature bright combinations of colours. His photographs capture peeling paint, crumbling bricks, and other pieces of decay around his city. While the others mainly photograph nature, Patrick finds tiny pieces of urban decomposition.
